This Mariner's Revenge

Well I'm sorry Non-existant audience that I've nay been writing in me blog about me crazy days of life, but with the school and burnt fingers I've put such tasks off...
How could I have failed you?!? Well clearly it was easy...
I am shamed... But no more!!!

I've begun my new job working for Chaplain Paul, and together we be planning a trip to Nicaragua which should be interesting... I spent most of today sorting through the crap in his office and filing away things I deemed potentially useful...

I would have blasted pirate music while working, but I think that the other chaplains, secretaries, and counselors in the office would have frowned upon me doing that...

Burns are painful... Now we know...

Ah a few days ago on sunday I got into a fist fight with Boiling Cooking Oil... It kicked the crap out of me... Once again I am beaten...

So there I was, for once getting my lazy ass in the kitchen to cook myself dinner... I had just finished cutting the chicken, turned to my wok to put the chicken in... My shakey hand let the handle slip a bit, but I caught it... The problem with catching something like that, is you slightly pull it back towards you... Now for the wok thats find and dandy... However, for the boiling vegetable oil within, not so much...

A wave of oil at 200 degrees or something washed over my hand... And suffice to say I swore... A LOT!!! I could not believe the pain, and I've had surgery where the aenesthetic didn't work and they did it anyway...

Well my fingers hurt less now, but my fore-finger/middle finger/thumb looks really bad... Purple and such...

Man typing this took quite awhile, and with just my left hand...

Sigh, if it's not one thing is another... And I can't even come up with a good fake story like I do with my other scars to make them seem less idiotic...

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa...Apples!!!

That's right everyone it's that time of year when everyone around the world, well St.George Ontario, unite together in peace and prosperity to gaze at the glory found in that most amazing of objects... Bum ba da bum... the APPLE

The Applefest has returned to us once again... And just look at these amazing activities you can do there...

Eat an apple... (Mmmmmmm Appley)
Marvel at the new apple slicing technology... (Oooooooh Marvelous)
Draw a chalk drawing on the street... (Maybe an apple)
Drink a beer with an apple slice in it... (Why the heck not?!)
Uh... Hug a germaphobe you've put in a car with 6 young girls he doesn't know... (Trust me it's fun)
