I will hunt you down and get my taco back one day!!!
I know it was snowing yesterday, but when I walked out the door this morning into a yard of snow I was very displeased. As it's November I was expecting the snow to be gone by today, and with temperatures of a whopping 5-7 degrees estimated for tommorow it will be.
It however, is time for my annual start of winter bitchy rant about why I hate snow...
It's cold...
It's wet...
It's heavy...
It's rife with the plagues of winter...
It's insanely bright - with the ground, sky, and everything the same bright white backdrop that blinds we the light-sensitive so... (Garr - my sheltered eyes!!)
Not to mention taco stealing snow snakes...
Damn you!! I will hunt you down and get my taco back one day!!!

I beg to disagree. Snow is not rife with disease. cold air kills germs. don't you know anything Glum Chum? i mean, i'm not a fan of winter, but let's get our facts straight here.
Actually recent studies have proved that the old wives' tales about getting sick from the cold to be true...
The cold makes one more succeptible to disease, and cold kills germs at EXTREME cold... the type that would kill humans anyway... The same way that I could kill the germs making me sick right now with alcohol if I killed myself with alcohol basically...
So bite me whore...
You are a horrible brother. But i will forgive you. because i'm a wonderful sister.
I appreciate snow more after my short time in Hawai'i. You just can't have soup, cocoa, tea, cider etc. in 28 degree weather! Winter brings on the hot comfort drinks and food. Curling up with a wonderful book, by a warm fire in a cozy blanket (and if your lucky, a cuddly companion). I respect winter more now. It makes us stronger.
